Breakfast was really good, everyone very helpful since I did not speak German.

The location was exceptional right next to the main train station and about 15mins to the Nebelhorn cable car station. The hotel ambience was very relaxing and the staff quite friendly. The spa was spacious and we never felt crowded in spite of the hotel being full. My husband and I had a lovely time and would definitely recommend a stay at this place.

Friendly staff that speak great English and situated in a stunning area. It has a great gym and the spa is fantastic and very hygienic. the restaurant was great and anyone from over seas such as Australian like myself make sure to get there on a Thursday as there is traditional music.

The hotel also offers ski storage facilities, and is only 3 km from the closest ski slopes and golf courses. Great staff, very polite, looking after each and every detail. Perfect breakfast. Spa area was a great asset. I'd recommend this to everyone.
