The private jacuzzy on the balcony was just amazing. Beautiful garden, with amazing, heated pool. Delicious breakfast. Kind owner and employees. Quiet area, perfect place for relaxing vacation. Everything was just perfect.

Located directly between the Johannesbad Spa and Europabad Thermal Baths (300 m) in Bad Füssing, this family-run guest house features cosy rooms and apartments with its own massage practice, a sun terrace and a large, relaxing sunbathing area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the breakfast area and back garden beautifully designed. The location was good - it wasn't right in the center of things but it still only took about 10 minutes to get to the restaurants and Therme.

The spa facilities were great, 2 thermal pools and a jacuzzi, and it was pleasant to have a quick swim before breakfast. The location near Therme Eins is also a plus.
