Other facilities offered at the property include a ticket service, a tour desk and luggage storage. Everything!!!!! This was our second time to stay here, and just like before, it was amazing. The entire experience was outstanding, with nothing being too much for any of the staff to help us with. In particular, Victor, at the reception, was excellent. We needed some help with a few things, and he went above and beyond to help us out. He is a really excellent staff member as are all the staff. I was even able to get a last-minute massage in the spa, and again, it was excellent. Tatiana was an outstanding therapist, one of the best I have had so far. The food was fantastic, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everything was pure perfection. In particular, dinner in the restaurant on our last night. The staff were brilliant, so attentive, even providing us with specially requested deserts not on the menu. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, and we will most definitely be returning soon. Not to forget the location of the hotel, nowhere like it !!

A rich buffet breakfast is available each morning in the traditional dining room, and in the evening guests can enjoy a drink from the bar. We were upgraded to a bigger room for free, which is always lovely :) The host showed us the facilities and the room. He was very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast had a variety of options and it was also good. 10/10, would book again :)

After an eventful day in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, relax and unwind in the Hotel Zugspitze's spa area, where your will find an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a hot tub, plunge pools and a fitness room. The location is perfect--close to the train station, close to a nice walking area of town, but also close enough to jump on the freeway to go south to Innsbruck or north to Ettal or Oberammergau. It's so quiet at night, I didn't need earplugs (and I'm a sensitive sleeper)! The bathroom has all necessary amenities, and the minibar beverages were complimentary as well which was a beautiful touch. The spa services are wonderful, the restaurant was wonderful--honestly, going half board here was the best decision I've ever made because the four course dinners were heavenly. The underground parking gave me true peace of mind as well. The bed was also an awesome size for a solo traveler - bigger than a normal single for sure!

It’s a beautiful vintage boutique hotel in Old Town of Rothenburg. Quaint interiors yet spacious and immaculate clean. Loved the stylish dining area with windows overlooking the Tauber river, it was a sight to behold. Morning breakfast had a good spread and was fresh. The staff was extremely polite and amicable, the manger would come to personally greet everyone in the morning at the dinning hall. Such a sweet gesture! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
