Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. It was one of the best Hotels I have ever been. Great is everything: the room with extremely comfortable bed and pillows, staff, brilliant dinner and breakfast. We didn't visit Spa and Sauna because of lack of time but we'll do it definitely next time.

The breakfast is included and offers a large choice served inside or outside on the beautiful terrace with a view. The hotel was just wonderful. We were given a comfortable ground floor room with lots of space and a wonderful view of Neuschwanstein (so close!). It was so easy to hike up to the castle from our hotel. There was also lots of safe space for our kids to play right outside the room so it was perfect for us. There were restaurants within a short walk from the hotel and the included breakfast was also very good. Most of all, we had such a good experience with the very kind and helpful staff. When our daughter left her beloved teddy bear on the bus and we couldn't find any way to get it back, they went out of their way to retrieve it from the bus company office.

After an eventful day in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, relax and unwind in the Hotel Zugspitze's spa area, where your will find an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a hot tub, plunge pools and a fitness room. The room was quiet, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The hotel is just a 10min walk from the rail service up to Zugspritze, which we could see from outside the breakfast area.

The spa area offers a gym, various saunas and beauty treatments. More or less everything. Excellent welcome and very helpful staff. Excellent room, very large and quiet and well heated (it was winter). Even though we were on the main street, the acoustic insulation was quite OK, and no noise came from the street or elsewhere. Large and perfectly functioning bathroom. Excellent breakfast in a large and nice room with plenty of choice (even real orange juice, for a change). Parking very close and easy to reach from inside the hotel. Very good location to walk downtown. On the whole, a recommendable 5 star hotel: expensive, not tremendously fancy (and we don't like too fancy hotels which charge for silly things), but overall worth it.
