AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa has a wellness area which includes a sauna. The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and bike hire is available at the accommodation. Exceptional location with great views of the nearby castles and lake. The hotel had fantastic facilities and spa, and the interior design really gave it a magical feel in the run up to Christmas. The breakfast was really good too. The service was also impeccable from all staff, especially Ilaria on the front desk - she made us feel very welcome! Thanks for a great trip.

Other facilities offered at the property include a ticket service, a tour desk and luggage storage. Everything feels new, very stylish design, perfect location, amazing kamin bar, food and drinks were delicious, same as breakfast and as a bonus very friendly personal. Of course the room itself was wonderful.

The small Spa area with finish sauna, steam room, infrared cabine and relaxing area with castle view is available for all guests. Massages and Private SPA can be booked with an extra charge.

The breakfast is included and offers a large choice served inside or outside on the beautiful terrace with a view. Literally everything was exceptional...from the location - who doesn't like sitting on their balcony or looking out their bedroom window at the castle?!!! to the kindness of the staff, the room and sitting area, the cleanliness, easy access parking etc.... If you asked for a coffee or whatever outside of breakfast, they very kindly brought it to you immediately and always with a big smile. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and always plentiful and constantly replenished. The price of the suite was the same as a "room" in Innsbruck only SO much nice! A real treat!!

A rich buffet breakfast is available each morning in the traditional dining room, and in the evening guests can enjoy a drink from the bar. everything was amazing! we had a great stay enjoying the spa and the town aroun. the staff recommended us local restaurants and restaurants and a great small hike around the town. of course Lonnie see was very much worth it as well!!

First was in 2017 and it was fantastic then. 2nd even better because they’ve added on to their property a whole new 2nd bldg with a wellness spa(sauna, steam and pool). The views are also breathtaking from the hotel. Location is perfect.

The spa area offers a gym, various saunas and beauty treatments. Upon arrival, a few young people came up to our room to deliver macrons and fruit. It was such a lovely surprise!! They were very welcoming and professional. Such a nice bright start to our time in Augsburg. I also LOVE the pillow menu and the smell of the soap in the room.
