Guests can relax in the garden, as well as use the Lípa Resort relax centre with spinning, sauna, gym, solarium and massages upon request. Kids can have fun on a children's playground. Conference facilities are also available. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, modern and at the same time cozy. The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, including the well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of food preparation and serving tools. We enjoyed our one-night stay as though it were a weekend vacation and wished that we had booked more time there. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us snacks as we entered. Terrific Stay!

DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: The location was great for us for exploring surroundings. Loved the terrace of the hotel and enjoyed peace and quiet.
COMMUNICATION: The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Rooms offer free WiFi and views of Křinického Square. Brilliant place with all the amenities within the larger complex of which the Pension is part. Great breakfast. Our room was massive and very comfortable. Very nice area with hikes around the corner and good restaurants nearby. Stongly advise to come by car.

The facilities in the room and the hotel were nice. Breakfast was good too. The sauna area had quite a few options and a nice relaxing area.
The hot tub was a plus...very relaxing. Plenty of space in all rooms.
The owner was very friendly, helpful, relaxed and he makes some delicious pancakes for the breakfast. The guesthouse is located quite close to the highway so it was perfect for our needs, a place to sleep and eat halfway through our car trip. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I already recommended the guesthouse to our friends.
Hotel monopol offers a great atmosphere with newly renovated areas, but also proves a great sense for the old brewery and tavern (a old vaudville) charm. The really decent, new spa area delivered good relaxation. The reception staff was very kind, the rooms clean and the food at the brewery restaurant, the breakfast as well, was very delicious.

We chose this place 2 weeks before our stay because it was one of the few available in the area for a good price. The pictures on Booking.com do not reflect how nice this place is! We were astonished by the good conditions, cleanliness and beauty of this place! The caravan is one year old and very modern! There's a very spacious garden where one can make a fire and a sauna and the breakfast area looks like a cute Cafe! The owner is super friendly and atentious and speaks very good German and English! We definitely want to come back!

Room was nice, quite spacious and comfy. We really liked the breakfast, so much variety, everyone could find something for their taste. Boyfriend was happily surprised about banana smoothie at the buffet in one of our mornings :) Spa was included in the price too, nice to relax for couple hours after a long day outside.
