Raňajky boli každý deň pestré Izba čistá, voňavá, výhľad mohol byt lepší. Okna do ulice, tak že sme mali zatiahnuté aj cez deň, ale sme sa zdržiavali na izbe menej, tak že nám to až tak nevadilo. Wellnes úžasný, tam bol krásny výhľad- rovno na hory.

The OREA Resort Horal Špindlerův Mlýn in the Krkonoše or Giant Mountains is located close to Špindlerův Mlýn;. It offers panoramic views, breakfast and wellness center. We liked everything, only the staff in the bar could be a little bit more friendly ) and beds for couple are not comfortable.

Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

Ubytovanie Rodinný pension U Soudku sa nachádza v destinácii Rudník 22 km od miesta Autobusová zastávka Strážné. The breakfast was superb. Excellent bread choice, variety of prepared eggs, vegetables, drinks, coffee, all great and fresh. Nothing to complain about. Very satisfied. The owner made a great barbeque the night we came in.

The staff is very nice, we loved them! Including the cooks :) The facility itself is very spatious, clean and very well equipped. The wellness basically mended our broken bodies after our run up on Mt. Snezka and down. This was definitely not the last time we were coming here to Bouda Mala Upa!
