It is surrounded by a 14-hectare big private park. There is not much to say about this place it is probably on of the best places to stay at the Lago Maggiore. Everything is perfect. Very friendly and professional staff.

Excellent service, incredible staff, lovely room, beautiful garden with superb furniture, great spa and pools, delicious breakfast, good location for trips in all directions, these people know what five star means, fantastic.
Ascona
Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. There are also exceptional restaurants, including "La Brezza", which has been awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points. The gourmet restaurant is closed in Ascona in winter, but is open in the Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa during the winter season. Best hotel I've stayed in. Great service, staff, room, amenities, etc.

We enjoyed the facilities very much, the jacuzzi and sauna were super relaxed. The breakfast was very tasty while enjoying the beautiful view. The staff was very friendly. The room was perfectly clean.
Great location. Literally 1 min away from the station and 5 from the city centre. Comfortable bed, it was quiet thanks to double insolated windows. Good shower. Very clean. Good sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice Finnish sauna. Good Turkish steam bath. Bring your own bathrobe and slippers for the spa.

The pool and bar offer a convenient relaxing moment, the restaurant in-house is also very convenient to spare a trip into the city and is also of high standards. The rooms lake-side offer an unobstructed view of the panorama. Breakfast had ample choices.
We checked in to Swiss Diamond on our honeymoon. The view was fantastic, the hotel had upgraded us to a lake view and gave us some chocolates as a little honeymoon gift. The breakfast was delicious and a good range of fresh food and drinks. The Venus wellness center (Hammam spa, pool, steam room, sauna) was lovely, and it was nice to relax by the pool, which was often to ourselves. The free shuttle bus was good to get into Lugano.
Excellent relaxing location with elegant facilities. I had a nice spacious room with a balcony and lake view. Nice pools, easy access to the lake, good breakfast.
Nice and spacious family rooms (two rooms connected), balcony with garden view, quite area to relax with outdoor pool and nice garden, great breakfast. The Hotel is located closely to the lake and Locarno city within walking distance. Public transport is nearby. As family we enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly owners, which gave us good tips for activities.
if it was possible to score 11 out of 10 then this hotel would get 11. perfect location overlooking the lake & a short stroll away from centre. every member of staff exceptionally friendly & welcoming. rooms are all stunning and elegant design. incredible balcony view overlooking lake. exceptional breakfast buffet & an outstanding restaurant for dinner with amazing food and wine list and a nice pre dinner cocktail bar. spa facilities including sauna, pool & jacuzzi.
The place is beautiful, with amazing scenery and it is very quiet around. Delicious dinner and breakfast. The room is pretty spacious, the bathroom very clean and the bed comfortable. I really loved this place, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
