I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time.
This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Location is superb. Just few mins walk to cog wheel base to go Monte Salvatore and 5 mins walk to lake. Room was spacious with two medium size beds so that 3 of us (wife, daughter and me) to have comfortable sleep. Indoor and terrace swimming pool is awesome Breakfast has multiple options including boiled potato, veggies, scramble egg, cakes, Crossaint etc. Vegetarian can have heavy breakfast as well.
This is in a beautiful location, against Lake Lugano. All of the staff were very polite and attentive. We had drinks on the terrace and an evening meal at the restaurant, excellent, both in terms of the food and service The room was lovely (two bathrooms). Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choice. We used the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna - all very pleasant. We were able to park just outside.
Very nice staff! Feels like home as I am a repeat customer and get the rooms I prefer. Very clean, central location. I really enjoy the breakfast with dark bread, fresh fruit, delicious croissants, eggs, seeds. I always enjoy relaxing at the sauna.
We checked in to Swiss Diamond on our honeymoon. The view was fantastic, the hotel had upgraded us to a lake view and gave us some chocolates as a little honeymoon gift. The breakfast was delicious and a good range of fresh food and drinks. The Venus wellness center (Hammam spa, pool, steam room, sauna) was lovely, and it was nice to relax by the pool, which was often to ourselves. The free shuttle bus was good to get into Lugano.
Excellent relaxing location with elegant facilities. I had a nice spacious room with a balcony and lake view. Nice pools, easy access to the lake, good breakfast.
if it was possible to score 11 out of 10 then this hotel would get 11. perfect location overlooking the lake & a short stroll away from centre. every member of staff exceptionally friendly & welcoming. rooms are all stunning and elegant design. incredible balcony view overlooking lake. exceptional breakfast buffet & an outstanding restaurant for dinner with amazing food and wine list and a nice pre dinner cocktail bar. spa facilities including sauna, pool & jacuzzi.
The place is beautiful, with amazing scenery and it is very quiet around. Delicious dinner and breakfast. The room is pretty spacious, the bathroom very clean and the bed comfortable. I really loved this place, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Great and spacious room with nice amenities such as water bottle , economical minibar with very nice fillings (chips, chocolates, organic lemonades, beer) and no overpricing . Rooms had a very good new mattress and box spring bed with a garden terrace and view to Lugano . Cleaning was extraordinarily clean no dust , very good and friendly housekeeping . Reception was super friendly and helpful. Spa is cozy but with a beautiful Turkish bath down in the hotel . Very good breakfast buffet !
The breakfast is amazing, fresh, local, homemade and very tasty. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It seems that is one family which we really enjoyed. Kids are welcome and well treated. The garden is a very peaceful and great space to escape, relax and chill. There are several hike trails wich start close to the hotel which is great. No need to move the car as the Restaurant, which is at the hotel serves great food as well for the evening dinners!
