The sun terrace on the top floor offers panoramic views over the lake and the mountains. We had a room with a nice size balcony with a gorgeous view facing Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was very comfortable...well appointed, including complimentary drinks & chocolate in the bar fridge. Hotel was very close to Lake Lucerne. Staff was courteous & friendly and we had enjoyable conversations with several. Very walkable to local restaurants, town, ferry pier, etc. Really no complaints. Would definitely come back.
