The location was excellent. The hotel is close to everything. Although it is on the other side of the train station and pier, it’s actually just a 5 to 10-minute walk. The chapel bridge is between the wall from the station and hotel. Behind the hotel, about 10 to 15 minutes of walking, are the Lion Monument and the Glacier Garden. At check in, we knew it was going to be an excellent stay. The concierge, Noah (I hope I spelled his name right), immediately made us feel welcome. He gave us information, tips and suggestions that made life easier for us. The lady who delivered our room service was so very wonderful as well. The customer service is just top notch: professional and yet warm. Everything about our room was just wonderful. It was huge, the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was clean and huge, and the view was just to die for. Check out was painless and quick, with the same efficient and yet warm customer service. I can’t say enough good things. If we have the chance, we would love to visit Luzern so we could stay in Hotel Schweizerhof again.

The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Exceptional service and beautiful room. We received a box of chocolates on arrival. Turn down service was lovely and the hotel is close to the main centre. We were also surprised with free minibar!

Providing a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as a hot tub and a hammam. The wellness area includes an indoor pool, fitness centre and sauna, while a terrace is also available.

There is also a business centre and a kids' club on site. Staff at the 24-hour front desk speak German, English, Spanish and French. Breakfast was fabulous! Great variety and delicious!

While the host has been more than accommodating, he’s also incredible at spreading the right vibe at home and makes everyone feel comfortable.

Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel Health & medical Excellence was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and Verbena Restaurant with its own bar on site. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The room was so spacious with a cute little garden. The view to the alpine mountain was amazing. It was quiet, close to the nature, the lake view amazing. I even liked the smell of the cows. And the Spa was so good. I’ll come back for sure.

Skiing and windsurfing can be enjoyed nearby, while a ski equipment rental service and ski storage space are also available on-site. We really loved our stay there. The view was nice, the room was very clean and the necessary items like Coffee pods, Butter, lot more has been kept there for cooking. Even there was welcome drinks. And Daniela was really friendly and even she offered for pickup and drop at the Train station. We will definitely staying there again.

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking.

Spa facilities include various saunas and steam baths, an ice grotto, a hot tub, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

Guests over 14 years enjoy free access to the Frutt Spa that features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. Guests can book relaxing massages and treatments which use local spa products. The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. The quality of the hotel, location, and staff are great. The spa was perfect and everything had thought out to the smallest detail. It was a peaceful and nice experience.

In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.
