A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

The standard of the hotel was beyond anything I have seen, I couldn't fault it.

The owner was very helpful, after booking the room, he sent many roles for this house, as well as a guest card thanks to which I could get to the place at no extra cost for the bus. Beautiful location, well explained how to get to it, otherworldly view, great people who came. All in a cool, modern twist. The girl serving cheek in very nice, open and kind. Bathrooms clean, beds comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped.

He explain us everything regarding the apartment. He even left us fruit, chocolate, few things at the fridge. All the facilities was great!

The pool area is fitted with padded day beds. This was our second visit to the Chedi at Andermatt and it was as special as the first visit. The room was perfectly appointed. The selection of food available for breakfast is one of the best breakfast i have had.

The hotel features a ski storage room and ski passes can be bought on site. Warm welcome and very good service, very friendly welcoming team, positive energy all over the place. The Spa is just exceptional.
