The Island House was the perfect getaway for our family of three. Everyone was so helpful and everything you needed was right on the facility. An extra bonus was a kids easter egg hunt (which included neighbors outside of the facility) and a farmers market.

This was by far my best hotel/holiday experience to date. If I could give more than 10/10 I would. When I say this resort has something for everyone, that is an understatement. We originally planned to stay here for 5 nights (from 2 July), then depart for Harbour Island for 2 nights then return to Nassau and stay elsewhere – upon retuning to Nassau we checked-out (10mins after arriving and pre-paying) of another well-known 5* hotel in Nassau to return to the SLS as the standard was incomparable. The hotel, facilities and staff are all exceptional. I would like to give a personal thank you to following: Tamika & Sarah on concierge, they went over and above to ensure my partner and I had the very best time, they helped arrange the most amazing birthday surprises and day out for my partner. They were always on hand if/when we needed anything. Tamika went beyond in providing the very best concierge assistance – like no other! Damian (guest services) – excellent support with any requests we had and an extremely fast turnaround. The chef in Cleo (I didn’t catch her name, but her birthday was 6th July) – not only provided us with a tasty breakfast daily but also offered a mass of exceptional recommendations of things to do, she brightened up our mornings. Gardeners (again, didn’t get their names) – they worked on the palm trees around the pools and in the drive to SLS entrance, removed the coconuts! I sometimes feel these staff are overlooked in the contribution they provide to vacation goers, but these guys helped us out when we were lost, needed advice and much more – all with a smile! Shawn (bell boy) – Amazing service, went out of his way continually to help us out. All of the above-mentioned individuals contributed to making this our best holiday ever! We were very grateful for all their time, assistance and consideration! Please, management – recognition is required for all. We are already planning our next trip! See you soon! Thank you!

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar se află în Nassau şi are 6 piscine în aer liber, zonă de plajă privată și centru de wellness şi spa. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Food options were amazing albeit it was a challenge to get bookings. But all restaurants that we had meals were excellent with very friendly staff,

Orange Hill Beach Inn, amplasat pe un deal cu vedere la plaja Orange Hill, care se află la 2 minute de mers pe jos oferă grădini tropicale și o piscină. Wonderful place! Big rooms and beautiful garden. Staff was really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
