The location is beautiful. Love it 😀

Fantastic location in a green calm area just at the outskirts of Shumen. Easy access to the old town and wonderful forrest paths to the Rocks Monasteries. Spacious and clean one-bedroom appartment and bathroom. Good breakfast. Wifi working well. Free and big parking.
Very good staff, the reception guy has waited me until midnight for a late check in. Very clean and tidy room, continental breakfast appreciated. The location is good, nice view and amazing garden. Restaurant available with several good choices either food & drink, I was travelling for business and I appreciated few moments of relax.

I often use this family run hotel and I am always satisfied with the service. The rooms are comfortable and the small restaurant inside is a plus. The staff is very polite and helpful. It is near the center and someone can have a pleasant walk around. Never had any troubles finding a free parking space in front of the hotel. Perhaps the breakfast needs some improvement even with some increase of the price.
Everything you would expect from a hotel at a great price. Executive room with a King size bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and free fruit all provided. Bath robes and slippers also provided. No cleanliness issues. Nice restaurant adjacent. Adequate breakfast. Lots of car parking spaces.
Beautiful hotel situated right at the beginning of the pedestrian area, in the city center, so you have easy access to coffee shops and restaurants and also to a nice park. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, it was very spacious and spotless clean, the furniture and appliances are new, the lightening of the room was very good. We found a lot of interesting things to do in the Shumen region and the stay at the hotel was very relaxing, it was the perfect choice for us.
Brand new facility, spacious room, additional balcony,new climate control,comfortable bathroom.Bedsheets and towels smelled very nice.There is an optional breakfast from the restaurant downstairs, you need to preorder it, costs 7 BGN, worth the price. Bear in mind, that the entrance is locked after 9pm and you need to unlock/lock yourself. Parking is available for free.
The hotel is situated in somewhat industrial part of Shumen but then you have a view towards the Shumen plat and over the lake. My room was enormous, spacious and well furnished. The restaurant is quite good and the breakfast is plentiful with excellent coffee.
