Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend. Breakfast was very good, they even served champagne for breakfast.

The staff is very polite and friendly which is very rare so we really appreciated the good service. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. The whole hotel was very clean. Spotless! Also the water is mineral and the spa is great. Perfect location for visiting the area and do some hiking.

Everyone went above and beyond and made my stay very special! The apartment is beautifully done, very clean, great location, very safe. The coffee machine was a lovely surprise and there were even coffee beans in it!

There is also an outdoor swimming pool and children's pool. The breakfast and dinner were good. The sauna and the jacuzzi were awesome. It is a nice place to have a relaxing weekend. The location is perfect. The swimming pool is big. The receptionist was very helpful.
