Except we were stressed out by the moment we did the check-in with the old blonde lady who did not want to help us with the change in invoice details! We contacted booking and then was possible. I don’t understand why keep people like those in a nice place like that. A good business is knowing how to talk with people, and willing to help!

The room was bright, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the accommodation was quite. We had a good rest. The breakfast was not diverse, but had all the important things. Good value for money accommodation.
Chef made breakfast himself. The owner gave us opportunity to relax and gave us as a kind of compliment 2 hours in spa area, withot taking into consideration that it is extra service on booking. We paid only for meal and drinks. Nice place calm and relaxing. Room with the view on the river -relax from crowdy Wien
The hotel was in a very good location, because the local train was just 5 minues walk far. The hotel has great parking area, there are free and paid as well. Unfortunately if you attend the hotel, when there is a trade fair, not so much parkingspot will available. The breakfast was great and plenty. The hotel was absolutely clean everywhere. The wellness area were great, with turkish bath, and sauna, and a good clean water swimming pool. Fortunately, the pool was not full of chlorine.
A great hotel experience! The hotel is wonderfully decorated with a lot of unique statues, lamps and paintings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable to sleep in. My favorite was the breakfast in this very big room full of light and painting which had real plants in it. There was a lot variation for every kind of food preference (vegan, vegetarian etc.). And finally the in the price included Spa and Therme. Just wonderful. On the weekends a bit full but still ok. A very relaxing days I had here, fully recommended!
What an incredible place to stay! The hotel and the grounds are beautiful, the pool area is amazing and the spa facilities seemed never ending at first. We were very impressed by the food, a huge spread at breakfast and delicious fruit, smoothies, cakes and other snacks from the Spa bistro. The service at dinner was very good, thank you especially to George who made our dinners relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable.
We arvied later than expected and our booking at just rooms was changed to Reinicer business hotel. we paid a little bit more but were pleased to be in the same house as the breakfast. in the basement is a Wonderful sauna and relaxing area.
Very nice relaxed spa resort. We joined the running event in Bad Vöslau, living close to the Start / Finish.
