Copper also comes back in tiny details (beautifully and perfectly cared for). They have a small lake in the garden and a good-sized pool to refresh. The breakfast is quality food, and enough variety to choose from. The staff is kind and helpful.

Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.

The staff was helpful and kind - from the main desk, to the waitress and the kitchen. The design of the room and the hotel itself was beautiful and updated. The room was as clean as possible. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel. There is a spa area in the hotel that we didn't get to use. Breakfast was excellent. In the evening the lobby becomes an inviting and cool looking bar with great snacks to eat, and fun atmosphere. Location is perfect in middle of town, near restaurants, supermarket, and the cable car. There is a hotel parking.
