Wellness facilities are opened from 14:00 to 20:00, while guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, except on Wednesdays. Herr Kaltschmid and the staff was very kindful; there was an error during reservation, because The Walchseer Hof has been started the season on 22/12/2023 but I booked my stay from 21st (too early ;) ) Herr Kaltschmid booked in my behalf a room in another hotel, located nearby - I paid for both places at the end in Walchseer Hof. I really appreciate that I could stay in Walchsee as planned not looking for one-night-stand by myself... A food for breafasts and dinners was local, high quality; I recommend cheese and specks and for dinner: deer and/or trout (the trout was Weltklasse :) ). It was our first but for sure not last stay there. Danke!

Massage treatments and visits to the steam bath and solarium come at an additional cost. Big room with nice balcony, bath and shower. Tasty food. Few pools for different preferences. Big playground.

Everything was perfect: smooth key pickup, friendly host, very clean, spacious, well and tastefully equipped, designated private parking space; not far away from town centre (everything essential in walking distance); kaiserwinkl cards provided were very useful (bus, pools, discounts etc.); nice view from balcony, even from ground floor. it was very pleasant and tranquil experience.
