Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. The apartments are very well kept, clean and with many accessories that made our stay a great one. The beds are very comfortable and location is unbeatable. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and caring. We arrived late at night and had plans to ski early the next morning, so the staff took care of us and provided eggs and bread for our breakfast the following day. I look forward to be back soon!

Breakfast is served here. They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83 countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Marc was very attentive to all our needs. He maintained clear communication with us throughout. The spa was incredible and well maintained. The apartment had everything you need and more!
