Breakfast was fantastic. location was ok and quite but meant about a 15-20 walk to the old town which was no big deal.

Location was amazing, just 2 min walk from street food, main street with bars and restaurants, but still chill. We got an upgrade from room with pool view to the room with river view which was great, it was nice to have a balcony. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. Breakfast was tasty with good selection of foods. Stuff was friendly and helpful, they also offered us a ride to the airport for fair price. You could also rent a bicycle and scooter and different excursions if you wanted to.

Best position. Had push bikes to ride in an around the old town which is so needed. Gorgeous pool. Cold air con rooms, lovely spa treatments. Awesome fresh breakfast. Loved it!

Loved staying here, the room was beautiful, clean and has a very cozy bed. The pool offers a perfect cooling down from the heat with a nice view over te river. The free bikes (a bit rusty but does the job) were perfect to get into and around the city center. The staff is very friendly!

The service was exceptional. The rooms were great size and modern. Bathrooms immaculate. About 10 min walk to Old Quarter which is nice.

Staff were amazing. The location is just out of town and only a 5 minute walk back into the old town. Great spot on the river. The staff make this hotel. The rooftop pool has wonderful views across the river to the mountains.

We had a lovely room with a balcony (view wasn’t great but it was too hot and humid to sit outside anyway). Aircon, wifi and mini fridge worked well. Bed was comfortable. Good size room (Little Suite - Room 518 with separate bath and a shower cubicle). Our friends had the bigger suite (Room 501) with lovely views from their bigger balcony but their shower was beside the bath and not in a separate cubicle which meant the water went all over the bathroom floor requiring extra towels to mop it up. 99% of the staff were very pleasant, very helpful and eager to please. There were free use umbrellas and bicycles - the former was much needed though provided little protection with wind driven rain so the complimentary disposable rain ponchos from Reception were much much appreciated (though one Reception girl was not going to give them to us, however her 2 comrades beside her were quick to intervene and obtain them.) The gym was ok, could’ve had better machines and more variety. The pool was lovely, though most guests seemed to have to get their own pool lounge cushions and towels from the stacks of such. The check-in was great, our young man explained all about the Hotel, surrounding options of where to eat, drink, sightsee, tailors etc etc - very thorough and wonderful service. We availed ourselves of his recommendations both with the 10% discount for Truong Tailors (24hours turnaround with minimal alteration required), 20% discount at Little Faifo Restaurant where we ate twice and Queen’s Banh Mi which we found to be better than the #1 Banh Mi visited all those years ago by Anthony Bourdain near the day Markets. Only 5 minute walk to Old Town with plenty of cafes/bars/shops/stalls along the way. A great stay and would return. Thank you.
