The hotel is absolutely amazing. It holds itself to an international 5-star-standard. The rooms and all the facilities were completely clean and modern. The design was beautiful and the staff super nice. Gym and pool were good too. The spa is great too, the let us have a private sauna and jacuzzi which both was super clean and with a great smell. If i am ever back in Halong i will definitely book this hotel again!

Location Is currently not crowded as many hotels are not working and some buildings are empty. You can find few spots around where to eat. We got free upgrade to the highest level of rooms because, the hotel was empty during our first night.

An awesome experience on board the M Gloria Cruise. May Huy was our waitress during our meals. Such a delightful lady. The men at the bar during Happy hour were awesome. They played my request for Black pink music so that I could dance. The food was very delicious and well presented. Our VIP room was beautiful. Loved the spa bath as well.
