I had such a great time at Casa Hermes. The hosts were so personable and accommodating. They upgraded my room for free simply because it was available, and they were understanding when my flight was delayed which resulted in my checking in later than expected. They also oriented me to the neighborhood upon my arrival, and the location is fantastic -- just off the main strip.
