The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is also good, just outside the bustling city center of Mbale. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms were nicely decorated and well-kept.

I love to stay at this beautiful hotel. Stayed before. WiFi good staff so helpful. Quiet secluded area . Breakfast excellent. Sit outside if you want. A little beautiful Ruppel's Robin Chat came and hopped at our table one morning. A joy. My colleague enjoys the sauna. Every facility available. So enjoyable.
It is the best place to visit Sipi Falls. Imagine sitting relaxed in late afternoon and watching the evening light coloring the scenic waterfall.
A very relaxed place. The staff was very helpful and the food was really good.
From here everything is in walking distance. You can do the waterfall tour and the coffee tour right from the place.

This is the new resort with the world level services and rooms: garden, pool, spa, gym, a restaurant with live music. They always had hot water! Sauna in the SPA zone is smth incredible with the sense of local herb infusions pit into boiling water surrounded with the boulders.
Great resort hotel with a large pool. Loved the large sauna and steam bath section, for free use for hotelguests. Gym availabe. Friendly stuff. Super nice breakfast.

Fairly reliable wifi in restaurant and pool area, albeit moderate speed. Comfortable room with balcony and view. Good breakfast buffet. 10 minutes by car or boda (motorcycle taxi, readily available near gate) from center.
