The room was cleaned every day, bed linens were changed often. They brought water, tea, coffee to the room every day.

It was the first time ever I travelled with my dog, and while many local "pet friendly" hotels I had contacted told me I should pay extra, Svityaz hosted us both without any additional charges - thank you. I enjoyed the swimming pool. Although not too big, it was never crowded.

the stuff and location of the hotel are great. everything was and neat. breakfast was great as well, wide variety of choices. room was quite spacious. spa facilities were nice as well
Big and very comfortable room. We stayed only one night, and definitely, we will back there for a longer period. The reception service is the best I've ever seen: respectful and careful, and share all needed information with us. Perfect sleeping places, very clean and spacious room, quiet place and very tasty breakfast are take place at this nice hotel. We have a great time there.
- SPA complex with 4 sauna types, few jacuzzi and pools of different temperatures.
- Great facilities for kids: large outdoor playground, two very nice indoor child-rooms (separately for 0-4 and 4-11 y.o.)
- Didn't have a chance to try, but it seems medical facilities are superb here as well. It's a true resort - not just "relax and spa".
- Nice breakfast overall with good selection of dishes. Cook preparing fresh omelet and eggs on request. Orange fresh juice.
I liked everything. But what I love this hotel for is the
1. breakfast - good selection and everything is so fresh and high quality
2. spa - clean, modern spa with the relaxing ambiance, when kids are not having fun in the djakuzi 😁
3. rooms - good sound isolation and really really comfortable bed.
4. staff - everyone is so friendly and helpful
The room was nice and clean. The location is excellent. Wellness treatments, Spa, and pool in the same building and on a good service level.

Overall, the only thing I liked was the design of the lobby and the swimming pool. Everything else was in quite a poor condition. Not all saunas were operational, and the Finnish sauna had an unpleasant smell. Ordering hot tubs required an additional fee.

There are so many cozy cafes and restaurants, shops beside, a park and spring fountain near the hotel!

On-premise restaurants and room service finally added a diverse vegetarian menu. Beds are wide and comfy as usual. Great balcony in the room, with beautiful sunrises (or sunsets, depending on the side of the building you are staying in). Wonderful service and hospitality. Great pool and spa with multiple saunas and wide variety of massages. Large city park with lots of birds and squirrels is nearby.
