The location itself, cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and welcome, and accommodating our needs. I was travelling with a kid and we arrived around 8 in the evening, we were very pleased that we could have tasty and various dinner in place. Welcome treat from the hotel was to add to the great experience. Early possibility to have breakfast is also important before a long early flight. 3 yo son was just saying "how beautiful" :-)

We actually stayed at this property 3 nights …Everything at this property was great but top of list was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They didn’t have a room first night but they found one for us close by and drove us there!! There was always a welcoming hello and smile and an offer of hot beverage. Great location, facilities and top notch professional friendly staff!!!

the hotel staff is very helpful and kind, you can communicate in Russian and English. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, everything is clean. There is a Finnish and Turkish sauna, free coffee and tea. Clean water in the pool, constantly cleaned. The breakfast food is fresh, there are many types of cheese, fruits, vegetables, and dried fruits.

It a very calm and relaxed hotel we nature is all around. Its ideal to relax and recharge. There's nothing around. The swimming pool is amazing and there's also a sauna that feels so good. We loved to stay here, although it was just for 1 night.

It is affordable and the service is very good.Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and varied. It is impossible to stay hungry.You can find food or drink at any time. I read some reviews saying that food and drink are paid. Oh my God. How smart are these people? They give you an info sheet explaining the hotel concept at the hotel entrance. Let's say you haven't read or understood it.There is a lady working at the Guest Relation desk in the lobby and she explains everything in detail. Her name is Jessica. She is a very cute lady. Let's say you couldn't find her either, are you so st..pid that you didnt ask someone? There are 2 more people giving info.Couldnt you ask them?What kind of mindset? Have you ever stayed in an all-inclusive hotel? One of them wrote that there are dogs in the hotel. The hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. It's normal to have dogs walking around with their owner.It is certain that they are not talking about bipeds. The hotel is definitely a hotel with very good price-quality performance.I believe that the bad reviews are written by self-righteous, egotistical people. We had a lot of fun and everything was very good. Thank you to all the employees for their efforts. Don't be bothered by such people. You are doing your job very well. You guys are amazing. We will come back in October.
