Fantastic Resort. Unlike some of the reviews I found before choosing this exceptional place, the staff are all extremely helpful and nice. Everybody speaks English and understands the request made to them. Breakfast is complete. Rooms clean. Beach and activities are amazing. Ask for Sunny when booking activities at the Reception. The location was fantastic. The staff was as helpful as can be (the communication gap really took a toll). The transport to/from the city was a buzz kill. The wait sometimes is 20 min. If there could be improvements on this end, that would be great. Overall, the view and the room for the money was great.
