The location is very central, there are many restaurants, cafes, massage parlors and convenience stores nearby. The property is on par with 5 star hotel, the amenities are top notch and include infinity pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. The apartment is nice and cozy, was very clean. Communication with the host was very smooth via app and whatsapp.
The location is undoubtedly one of the hotel’s strongest points. Good location, a short walking distance from soi Buakhao and the tree town. Has a proper Harvia Finnish sauna that heats up to 80 degrees, a surprise! Very clean hotel and lovely staff. Good restaurant and breakfast, filling for a westerner. Also there's a very good restaurant nearby not on hotel premises, Copperspoon. They have an endless supply of toothbrushes, which was nice since I forgot to bring mine. Has a massage room, a small store for beer&snacks.
The hotel is at Great location, away from crowd, yet near to everything. will get bike taxis and cabs within seconds. Near to many local hotels and pubs. It is Few meters away from worlds biggest 7 eleven store. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Cleaning service is great. spacious rooms. this hotel also provides access to Gym, Sauna, Pool. They also provide a decent breakfast.

Spacious hotel, very clean and family friendly. Professional staff. We liked our room and facilities (including sauna). Very good location. Do note that the location is however close to a street that is quite active by night, therefore, I used earplugs to be able to sleep but this was not a problem for us. For vegetarians, please note that options for breakfast are very limited.
Room was very spacious and beds were comfortable, my room even had a free electric massage chair which was great after walking around. Breakfast was great 8/10. For the money you cannot go wrong. This hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable and only 5min. by car to walking street and the beach.
Arrived at property early on first day. Check-in wasn't until 2pm, but the reception staff couldn't be more accommodating, and managed to get us into our room around 9.30am. The room was spacious and comfortable. The maid soon learnt our routine, and timed the cleaning of our room daily whilst we were at breakfast, which was very helpful. Leisure facilities were very good. Inside and outside pools, carpet golf putting green, well stocked gym, and even a sauna!!
The hotel is very nicely finished and has a very atmospheric swimming pool on the roof with a bar. Breakfast at the hotel was of a high standard, very good coffee. The food in the hotel restaurant was also very good and fresh. For a longer stay, it is worth taking advantage of a massage in the SPA with a great view of the city.
The hotel is right of a busy street full of massage spas, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the Pattaya Walking Street. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated and the breakfast was good.
