Beautiful property with a perfect location. The rooms had everything we needed and more, including an espresso maker/coffee grinder and 4 types of gourmet loose-leaf tea. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay outstanding. They opened breakfast early to accommodate us before an excursion and they sent us with a bag of sandwiches, pastries and fruits the day of our early departure. Highly recommend this historic hotel.

The apartment was good for us. The equipment a bit old-fashioned, but utilities were ok.

Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Very quiet and comfortable. Nice to have separate showers/bathrooms, rather than communal ones. They were clean enough but it would be nice if there was maybe a small squeegee included in each one, since people don't often get rid of the water they leave behind.
Breakfast was good, but probably only worth it if you pay in advance.

Superb breakfast. Really clean and well maintained rooms and shared spaces. Parking garage is available on-site. Small pool and saunas are a nice addition to the atmosphere.
Fabulous staff, very comfortable room with a huge bathroom and shower. Breakfast was bountiful with plenty of options. I booked it because of the spa and had 2 fantastic massages. The location was perfect. Oh yes, delicious cake left in my room on my birthday :)
My favourite hostel so far! The staff are very friendly and fun and the building is really interesting. Luggage store, lots of spaces to sit and relax, the free breakfast was super. The hostel is next to a really funky art community area with amazing sculptures, graffiti etc and very safe and welcoming. Despite a Saturday night 'rave' there, I didn't hear a thing I loved this place and was sad to leave.

Spacious rooms that were comfortable and clean. The sauna and heat room were great! We also had a massage chair in our room suite. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of food to cater for all tastes.
The Hotel was brilliant welcoming and loved walking into it. Staff amazing ,the Gym was out of this world great equipment and friendly people , The restaurant was really good delicious coffee and again great staff. The wellness centre was so nice to have massage was so relaxing as was spa and steam rooms , Slovinia is a great place and id recommend this hotel even if not in the heart of the city its location was easy to get to the city by taxi or public transport.
Great location right in the city center and about a 10-minute walk from the train/bus station. Breakfast was fantastic with loads of choices. Nice wellness center with sauna, steam room and chill-out room. Do yourself a favour and book a massage, it was amazing and very cheap!
