The staff are absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond and nothing is ever too hard to fix. I have stayed here 5+ times and I keep coming back because it is truly a hotel that feels like "home away from home". Perfect location and the beds are the best ones I've ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast is GREAT! Gym & spa are good - nothing spectacular but you have exactly what you need. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in the world, Villa Dagmar stays as my number 1!

The Rooms are spacious and the hotel has a good property with luxurious facilites. The breakfast is also good. The locaiton is 5 min from the main station and easily accessible. The room i booked had a Sauna and Jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi did not work and they did not repair it. Also, they ensure to clean the room everyday.

It was spacious, comfortable and really easy to get into the city centre. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful and made it all feel relaxed and homely, with a little bit of a hotel vibe thrown in, such as a great breakfast option should you want it. The flexibility of having a kitchen in the apartment to make your own meals should you wish is fantastic!

I loved the room and the spa facilities. Definitely recommend the duo floating treatment. The lady giving the massage is excellent and very skilled and the dry floating treatment is an incredibly relaxing experience. It is definitely worth adding this to your stay. The room was nicer than expected. Our beds were fantastic and very comfortable. The view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely, ginger shots were a nice touch, everything was clearly labelled and there were a lot of vegan options.

Located as part of a big old market hall which is cool. Beautiful indoor courtyard serving excellent breakfast & lunch and transforms in a vibrant cocktail bar a few days per week in the afternoon. Very comfy bed. Beautiful room. We spent 45 min in the included private spa while waiting for our room as we arrived early, including a relax room, spacious sauna and steam room. Hotel's best feature might be the staff whom seem consistently helpful and cheerful.

We paid a small sum extra to enter the museum of the prison and it was very interesting exhibit. I would recommend learning about the prison while staying there. The room was very compact as you can imagine for an old prison cell, but very comfortable and lots of luxury. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice including oat milk and vegan cheese. The outside area is really nice to sit in and have a relaxing breakfast, but watch out for the sparrows as they will eat your unattended breakfast within moments!
