I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The healthy options at breakfast were impressive, with a great variety of fresh fruits, whole grains, and nutritious choices that made starting the day so much better. The reception team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. My room was spotless, and I loved the room view—it was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. Overall, a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend staying here!

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Stunning rooms and amenities. Best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had, it was simply amazing. Pool and rooftop space was relaxing and a great space to hang out in. Staff were accommodating and very friendly.
The staff always made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the little treats and touches of luxury provided. It was nice to be situated outside the main city centre and in a small hotel where guests don’t feel anonymous.
Breakfasts were great & the roof terrace & the spa/pool facilities helped us relax in between sightseeing in Lisbon. The hotel is well placed for the museum of natural history & science, the university botanic garden, and other interesting venues to visit in the locality.
Breakfast was great, spa was great, staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant was a perfect place to work from, the library was also another good option. Booked a massage which was extra (very good) but the pool, steam room and sauna were all included. The room was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. The location was very central and convenient to walk around. They have a special walking tour based around a famous Portuguese poet which was interesting too.
The rooms were beautiful. Spacious, clean, and with a large TV. Hairdryer, iron and safe all included.
Breakfast was very tasty with a variety of food to choose from.
Pool was great, nice sauna and steam room with cool additions like a relaxation room with heated seats and a diffuser.
Location is a long walk - about 40mins, from the main area however the bus or metro is a fast way to get there.
The staff were more than helpful, they recommended some great restaurants to us and showed us all the best places to visit on a map.
Great location. 5 min walk from airport so I didn’t feel I needed to use the free airport shuttle bus that is passing every 15 min . Having indoors swimming pool with hidro and sauna and Turkish bath was a very good way to relax before bed .
Comfortable and spacious room.
Great breakfast.
Excellent location. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Hotel was perfect. Loved the complimentary mini bar. Breakfast was extensive. Great choice of fab cocktails and dinner menu was great. Lovely relaxing spa area with sauna, steam, and small pool. I loved everything about the hotel and would recommend it to anyone going to Lisbon
The location is perfect! Transit is nearby but you can walk to most attractions in Lisbon city Center. The breakfast was good, the breakfast room has an amazing view similar to the terrace. The sauna was lovely and the pool was nice for a cool dip before returning to the sauna. The room was large, it was nice to have a lot of space to move around when having relaxing days in the room.
Luxurious and warm. The breakfast selection was great; staff was very attentive, in particular Enil; great for family with young kids with playparks nearby; rooms, wellness spa, sauna, pool all lovely. Special chocolate treat on new year’s Eve was a nice touch. Kudos to lobby staff, door men, porters, cleaning crew for their superb service.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, not the best view but to be expected on a city break. The bar and restaurant were excellent quality and not too expensive. The therapists at the spa were fantastic - best massage I’ve ever had abroad! The Turkish bath was a little cold and steam/sauna were a bit hit and Miss but lovely facilities.. location was ok, little bit out of the way but we knew that and were happy to walk around!
