Stunning interior, felt warm and safe. Loved the spa and the inclusive breakfast was a nice touch to the deal. Great location right in town, close to restaurants and has a nice space by the bar to have a drink and relax with friends, great when have own rooms. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Welcoming staff, we were given a great room on the 15th floor & treated to an unexpected complimentary bottle of bubbles. Breakfast was great - had absolutely everything you could want at the buffet. Dined at the restaurant for dinner, steak was amazing! Made use of the pool, spa & sauna. Needed a break away, was a perfect hotel for a 'staycation'.
Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. Excellent location with food, shopping, and activities all within walking distance. The room was fantastic and clean. The bed was comfortable and always had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a good size, rain shower and spa bath were lovely and relaxing. Excellent amenities including a wahing machine/drier in the room. The gym, swimming pool, and hot tub were amazing. Having valet parking was great. Highly recommend staying here.
The hotel feels luxe and \is visually delightful. The bar is fantastic and the hotel feels part of a vibrant collection of establishments that offer food and drink and spaces to relax and enjoy being in the luxury of the hotel without feeling like a Hotel bar, often not a very genuine vibe, unlike the Naumi which feels like a great place to spend time.
Everything was perfect... not only the warm welcome of the staff, but also the spacious and very confortable room, the wellness center with small pool and sauna and the location...
The games area, pool, spa, sauna were exceptional. The kids had the best time, and the parent had facilities to relax as well. The best buffet breakfast ever, kids under 12 were free and the food was amazing, constantly topped up and staff were fantastic. Room service deals were great.
Enjoyed our stay, our room was clean, and had a corner view of city which was nice. Enjoyed pool, Sauna and spa. We also got a complimentary bottle of bubbles. Nice touch. Staff were friendly and prompt at clearing tables during breakfast service. Receptionist in the evening was tentative and dealt with minor issues throughout the night to which she had no control over. We also able to have a late check out which we appreciated before driving back home to the Bay.
The breakfast was really good, not a huge selection, but what they had was really good quality. Location is a little far from CBD, but a nice walk on a nice day, or a short Uber. Room size was good, came with microwave also. The pool was good too, although the spa could have been hotter and the sauna was not working
Did not order breakfast as I did not know it was available. We loved the lovely spacious apartment , view, and lovely big beds.Excellent locality walking distance to shops, food and bars Very peaceful atmosphere and we felt very relaxed.
