Every aspect of our stay was taken care by OBLU SELECT Lobigili staff with the highest level of attention. The facilities were wonderful and functional. But the best thing about our stay was the staff, we didn't have any bad interaction with ANY of the staff during our stay. Moreover, I would like to especially thank our hostess Ms. Maryam who took very good care of us during our stay. Additionally, I would like to thank Chef Amir and Ms.Elena who went out of there way to make our time memorable and special, as well as Ms. Teju and all the staff at the Ylang-ylang restaurant for their hospitality and quality of service. The place was amazing. Such a beautiful island. We enjoyed every bit of it. They have almost 7 restaurants with variety of cuisines. Food is a bit pricey but very tasty and service is really good. More than anything the staff at this place provides the excellent customer service. I would say this resort has the best customer service compared all other places i have stayed. Glad we choose this resort. An ideal place to enjoy and relax as couple. They have so many games which are just free, including free kayaking. They also have free photoshoot. Do not miss the snorkeling. Once again kudos to the staff there. Smiling faces with best customer service mindset.

New resort with exceptional buffet and chef. Restaurant has a machine that makes fresh cheese like mozzarella or burrata, nice selection of food, especially seafood every day. Friendly staff everywhere, at restaurant waiters were always smiling, entertaining kids. Good responsive guest relations managers. We really enjoyed a trip to coral garden and saw turtles. Though no big reef near the beach, but still there are nice corals and fish to watch nearby.
