We enjoyed the spa facilities along with the surrounding gardens. The staff were excellent and beyond willing to help. As it is a smaller accommodation, the staff were able to provide an excellent service. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

It was very well located. Literally the next street over from the Juliet balcony. A lot of small restaurants, bakeries and coffee places around. Simonetta is a very friendly host that greeted us personally when checking in and out. It was a very nice experience!

Excellent self service breakfast buffet included in room price. Room was large and the bed very comfy. Nice power shower and bathroom. Good spa worth the extra for the exclusive use.

The suite was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast served in the room was exceptional. Great restaurant recommendations, car parking made easy and splendid facilities.
Lovely hotel if a little hard yo locate as it is actually part of the Marco Polo hotel. Very central, excellent breakfast and a lovely room. Wonderful spa we had use of - costs extra but a lovely relaxing couple of hours in a busy holiday.
Nice spacious rooms, beautiful view of the castle. The staff were helpful and spoke very good English as our Italian was very limited. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, and my baby loved getting all the attention. The breakfast is good value and delicious! (We stayed at verona house). Didn't get a chance to use the hotel facilities such as the bar or hot tub. But with the shops and arena so close to us we didn't have time to try. We had a car, so the valet service was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!
The room is unique, large and has a private mini-spa. Sauna and jacuzzi are really enjoyable and give you the perfect mix to relax after visiting the city.

Absolutely loved staying here - this hotel strikes the perfect balance of luxury and home comforts. The staff were so helpful and made us feel welcome right away, and we found the setting incredibly relaxing. The furnishings are beautiful and the spa is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and I only wish I had a bigger appetite to eat more of it!
