You could tell this hotel was family owned as nothing was too much for them to sort. You felt very welcomed from the minute you stepped foot through the door.

great hotel - wonderful staff - lovely breakfast - We rented electric bikes and had a perfect day riding around on the best bike paths ever! Outdoor patio was shaded and great for playing cards with cafe service and good cappuccino. Also appreciated the 10% off coupon we were given for the Terme' - Spa day!

The staff was super nice, they immediately gave very detailed instructions, information we didn’t know we needed to know, but believe me we needed it. They have discounts to spa as well. Breakfast was very nice for such kind of hotel.

Very good stay, convenient location - close to the QC Terme Spa. They offer a 10% discount for the spa which was also handy. Breakfast was nice and staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if I was coming to San Pellegrino.
We stayed at this hotel because we came to the QC spa and it's very close by, you can walk in 10 mins, staff was friendly. Bonus - eggs and bacon for breakfast, as sometimes it's tricky to find savoury breakfast option.
Very spacious rooms, friendly hosts, good breakfast, exceptional pool and jacuzzi. Isolated from the rest of the world with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for quiet rest and relaxation. For any additional needs, you have to go by car to nearby places. The San Pellegrino thermal baths are about 6 km away and it takes ten minutes to drive. The Spa at San Pellegrino is exceptional.
