I loved everything about this stay, the breakfast, the pool, my room, and the customer service. I didn't even have a large room, but even the single bed room I had booked was phenomenal. The parking was easily available, beautiful location within Riva Del Garda, and the staff was extremely accommodating with my requests. I arrived late in the evening, but they were generous enough to let me stay and use the pool the following day, even with a gift bag to enjoy poolside with water and fruit.

The location is right next to the old city of Riva del Garda, so only 2 to 3 minutes away on foot. The room was gigantic, really appropriated for a family with one child. All the lights were centralized. The bathroom was big and beautiful. The room was very clear with a modern decoration.

The location is outstanding right in the heart of the pedestrian areas of the historic town center with unobstructed lake view. The hotel assisted to be a bit dated, but everything is in excellent condition, which makes this hotel a pristine and charming time capsule. The personnel was wonderful. They are true hosts, attentive and caring. The breakfast was also noteworthy: prepared with attention to detail, tasty and plentiful.
