Brilliant location, super amazing facilities very impressed. Stayed in a rustic apartment and was cleaned every day, which we did not expect, so a lovely surprise. We had a room with the hot tub in the garden.. it was clean there was a lady called ADA on during day shift on our time there was excellent she couldn’t do enough For us. The pool was lovely and had great views would definitely go back here x

This is a real 5 stars spa-resort hotel for wealthy people. There are many wellness and spa programs in the hotel. Outdoor swimming pools with heated water are open even in winter. The cleanliness of the hotel and pools is perfect everywhere! The owners are most likely Germans or Swiss. Breakfast offers a large selection of different products of very high quality for every taste: sausages, ham, cape, fish, omelettes, various cereals ... and a large variety of premium alcohol.
A couple of kilometers - Lake Gardo. This is a very pleasant place. If there is a need for a trip to Milan area, I will stay at this hotel again.

The staff make this place. They are exceptionally friendly. They all speak multiple languages.
We were there as a couple but we admired how much they engaged with the children staying in the hotel, chatting about their transformer or other toys they brought to breakfast and getting them excited about the day to come.
Breakfast was fabulous. For being in the busy season the hotel was not packed and there was plenty of room to relax.
The ladies on reception were also extremely helpful, kind and always smiling.
The staff on reception were extremely friendly. The apartment was lovely - it had everything that we needed and a spacious balcony/terrace area. The room got thoroughly cleaned every two days. The apartment block itself was very quiet - we hardly saw anyone during our 5 night stay. There was a supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants close by. The swimming pool was clean, quiet and relaxing, whilst also being used & enjoyed by families.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The family room was spacious for 3 people and the beds were very comfy . It was quiet and the breakfast was very good.
Very Nice hotel with small but very Nice and beautiful spa-5 saunas, outside pool, but we didnt enjoy it was Bad weather!! Everythink in room, big bed, coffee, robe, slippers, shower things. Breakfest was delicius, very delicius!!! Staff šo polite and responsibile. Parking free.
Amazing location - right next to the lake, 10 mins on foot from the railway station. It was so peaceful and quiet there, we heard only birds singing, after a crowdy Venice it was a great place to detox and relax. Hosts were super friendly, rooms were very spacious and clean, beds - comfy. Breakfast was tasty, with various options available (cold cuts, cheeses, veggies, croissants and cakes, eggs), the host prepared us delicious cappuccino - must try!
This was an amazing experience. Location could not be better.Train station 1 min away. Reception staff and serving staff really helpful and accommodating. We managed to travel to Bolanzo and Venice using public transport by receiving clear direction and support from reception..Sitting around the table at breakfast time was very relaxing. Endless coffee was supplied by lovely staff and continental breakfast was superb with lots of variety.Rooms were spacious with excellent ensuite bathroom. We will be back.
Absolutely lovely place! The view is so relaxing and the space of the room is generous. A really good deal, as it's located right in the heart of the city.
A luxury place for a reasonable price. The room is very clean to perfection, and the bed was more than comfortable. The hotel lobby is a great place to relax. Typical Italian breakfast with super tasty coffee. The hotel restaurant has an amazing offer, working hours are very convenient and the pizza was so good!
