If you are planning on staying near Trento and Pergine Valsugana, or by Lago di Caldonazzo, and are keen on finding real quality accommodation, look no further. What a great find B&B Il Sambuco was for us! Set amidst nature, it is beautiful, quiet, with very well appointed rooms, delicious homemade produce for breakfast, and wonderful, welcoming hosts. We will definitely visit Monica and Marco again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurants nearby. We got a family so we had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The pool and other wellness facilities worked really well.

The hotel is exactly as the pictures on this website. It has such a breathtaking view and the location is great because is close to pretty much everything. Also the owner is very nice and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Although it is very difficult, in fact it is almost impossible, to find the hotel without a good navigation system. The place is great with beautiful view, clean an spacious rooms and good breakfast

It’s a lovely family-run hotel. There are 2 different structures, one is the hotel/restaurant and bar. The other one includes some rooms, restaurant were we had breakfast and a relaxing wellness center including 2 saunas and a Jacuzzi, relaxing rooms and herbal tea section. The spa was open from 15 to 20 and free of charge. we were lucky since there were always only a few couples there. We were given a small apartment near these structures that was part of the hotel, definitely worth the price. Some comments said that having more than one structure was a negative point but we actually found it a positive one. The room was clean with a beautiful mountain view. The hotel is in a nice position near several attractions. The food was great too. With 15 euros per person we had a full menu of dinner (drinks excluded) , which was absolutely worth the price. The family treated us like a guest at their home not at the hotel. They were super family-friendly too. The staff were always smiling and available to help us with information and our requests. Overall the experience was fantastic and we will go back for sure and recommend it to friends.

Great location by the lake. The staff was kind and helpful. Great dinner with lakeview and wonderful breakfast. Large spa with beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, large room and balcony.

a fabulous location with a breathtaking view. simply perfect. the owner was amazing and brought to us pastries in the morning. simply amazing. the jacuzzi is well heated and the beds are comfortable. the TV’s are fully equipped with Netflix and more entertainment shows. there’s always hot water in the shower and it’s quiet all day long.
