Excellent location. Great views of the lake. Boat terminal just opposite hotel. Easy access . Large room with lovely decor. Well stocked bar. Very close to restaurants with excellent choice of food. Wonderful breakfast.

Excellent Location, "Classic" hotel, however in PERFECT condition, easy access and parking, elegant lounge and dining room, very nice staff at reception, perfectly comfortable room, and absolutely gorgeous gardens and pool area. And of course the new spa and heated indoor/outdoor pool.

The facilities in the hotel were amazing, thermal baths relaxing and we found it easy to unwind. Never busy. Outdoor swimming pools really lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and shades. Food in hotel of great quality and reasonably priced. Rooms were spacious clean with an amazing view. Easy walk to Bardolino or Cesaria. Reception staff were friendly and helpful and full of smiles and passion for the area. A lovely place to be.

Very nice location. Right infront of the lake and very close to the Amusement Parks like Gardaland, Movie land and Canneva World Resort. Very relaxing Spa Resort. Staffs are super friendly and the breakfast is amazing!
Good property surrounded by nature , amazing individual appartement room very comfortable super well equipped , spacious, and nice modern chic decoration . Excellent breakfast. Staff helping us to pick up our luggage and bringing us to the apartment and the same when we checked out , someone picked us up and our luggage to go to the reception. The restaurant was nice and the adult swimming pool was very relaxing and big surrounded by nature and a nice view.
Hotel perfect location beside 8 beautiful restaurants. Hotel has everything you need, spacious room, clean, great breakfast, fabulous pool to relax after a busy day.
The Spa is amazing. Very clean and relaxing with several pool, sauna and steam room options. The Grounds were beautiful and the room was a good size and modern. Perfect location for watching sporting events at the venue across the road (this didnt make it noisy in the hotel), and a very short 5 minute walk into the town.
The SPA area was exceptional quiet, you could really calm down there, there is a variety of saunas all of them very clean and relaxing. The pools where also great, everything that you can ask for and more. Everything was really uncomplicated even though we booked really late. Biggest plus: Everybody gets green-pass checked & antigen or PCR test while check in. There is also an IR-Camera that constantly checks your temperature when you check in/out or go to the spa/pools, felt really secure in such unsecure times!
