Location was perfect, view was gorgeous, staff was very nice. Loved our personal greeter, the family 12 year old white golden retriever. Food was excellent, food service was exceptional! Rooms very clean, balcony was a wonderful place to rest after a hike. Spa massage was a good value.

Featuring an elegant restaurant and relaxing amenities, Hotel Steger- Dellai is 1900 m above the sea level, in the heart of the Dolomites, in the Seiser Alm area, offering stunning views of Mount Schlern.

The location was tucked away in a small forest up in the Seiser Alm plateau. Peaceful and beautiful with an abundance of snowy hikes, cross country and alpine skiing from the front door. The hotel is modern traditional, not too fancy and showy but a perfect blend of the natural beauty surrounding it. The food in the restaurant was excellent but the service from the wonderful staff was what made the hotel and restaurant really special. We loved it so much we extended our stay and will definitely return.

Guests can relax in the spa and wellness centre, including an indoor pool, a hammam and a sauna, or in the garden equipped with a children's playground. You can play table tennis at the accommodation, and the area is popular for hiking and skiing.

I messaged about my food allergies. I called ahead about them. I spoke with reception when I checked in. There is no reason why when my meal was served there were multiple courses that I couldn't eat for risk of being sent to a hospital. No apologies were given or offer for any other food. I was trapped on a mountain, couldn't eat the food I was given and had no way to get any other food. I've stayed at dozens of half-board places before and this was the first where I went to bed without eating because it wasn't safe.

The accomodation is on the slopes which is nice, parking is also nice and we liked the large common space/lobby where you could sit, relax, read in the evening. Ski locker is fine, altough there is no heating for boots which usually is not in condominiums, but after 2-3 days when your boots are wet you need to take them to the room and dry them, which was not a problem for us. If you are in the floor 4-6 you need to take one elevator then walk, take few stairs and take second elevator. Elevators are small but sufficient.

The scenery here is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel truly excels in every aspect. The rooms are not only impeccably tidy but also incredibly spacious, complemented by a fantastic wellness center and a plethora of nature-based activities. Our dinner was exquisite, and the highlight was undoubtedly the lobby bar with its captivating fireplace at the center. Moreover, the staff was incredibly accommodating; we seamlessly communicated with them in both English and German, and everyone was exceptionally helpful.

The location is amazing - tucked away not far from the main center, quiet, beautiful views. Walk out the door onto the trail system. Spacious rooms, nice spa area. The food was excellent - lots of choices such as breakfast buffet and salad bar for dinner. I have a wheat allergy and the staff were very attentive in helping find alternative choices on the menu for me. Staff were very helpful in suggesting hiking routes.
