Beautiful quaint cottage style. Rooms were very cosy. Restaurant had a great menu and again all stone walls, and a great view of the valley. Food and staff were excellent.

We had the best time as a family. the property itself is gorgeous..has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and facilities. But what truly made this holiday exceptional was the fabulous staff...a special shout out to Ajeya who made the check in and check out extremely smooth for us and took time out to show us the hotel, Gopal at the JW cafe for always going out of his way and fulfilling our demands and last but definitely not the least the housekeeping manager Waseem for being sooo fantastic and making our stay extremely comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay.

This hotel is incredible - it was our first time visiting Mussoorie and we're so glad we stayed here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and arranged a taxi for us to visit Lal Tibba (20mins away). The hotel is located just off Mall road, and so is in a fantastic central location. The food at the hotel was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast, such a wide choice and everything was delicious. The hotel grounds are truly amazing, high up in the clouds with the most beautiful scenery, it felt like we could have been in the Swiss Alps. The hotel also provides lots of activities for guests, which included a bonfire along with a guitarist who sang to us under the stars. If you are visiting Mussoorie, then you must stay here.

The suite is very spacious and well designed. It has amazing valley and mountain views. The resort has activities planned for all ages, for instance, zip line / bicycle / trekking / indoor activities for kids. Evenings are happening too - musical nights, dj, housie. Breakfast is sumptuous. The buffet dinner could have been a bit better (the spread was good but lacked taste).

Their Hospitality was outstanding , i had a planned stay for 3 days but due to some unforseen situation i had to cut down my stay for 2 days only. However i have paid the full amount in advance but still they understand my situation and refunded my 1 day money. Great staff great resort

Amazing experience, switched from a third class hotel in Kempty Fall location to this beautiful place and I cannot put my feelings out here in words. The taste of food, quality of amenities and staff cooperation has been exponentially good. They are there for you all the time to fulfill the needs and make your stay an enjoyable experience. They also have a spa in-house which is so beautiful and professional providing plenty of variety of massages to sooth your exploring nerves and bring them down to soulful experience. Room: 10/10 (View is mind blowing, you feel connected with the nature) Cleanliness: 10/10 (Staff is always there to help you maintain the room) Food: 12/10 (The taste is so good be it there Woodbox Cafe or in-house restaurant, both are serving utmost taste for any type of cuisine) Location: The location of the property is also on a favourable side you can explore the unexplored landscapes with short drives.
