Location of Hotel was very good ; The rooms are big and view is quite relaxing. Breakfast was quite good ; The customer service is of good standards. The gym, spa and pool was very good
The location was not bad with easy access to very busy roads and junctions leading to the main tourist attractions.
The staff was polite and the doorman was brilliant with the biggest smile on his face at any time. Breakfast was generally good and worth the money ( if not included in your room price ). The room was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. Small pool but relaxing space.

Surrounded by nature, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire resort felt like a green oasis. The food, especially the breakfast, was a gastronomic delight. Good breakfast and lovely staff at breakfast and dinner, particularly Omyjoti and Varsha. Nice bar showing cricket World Cup and good that you could order food from any restaurant to the bar. Lovely pool and good massage at the spa. Sridha on reception also helpful.
Cant go wrong with trident! Fabulous property. Truly a luxury stay. Loved everything especially the breakfast. The staff was friendly, room are spacious, lobby is great, restaurants are very good. Exceptional in every sence. Special shoutout to Aritra, Prachi, Atul, Prakshi, Aditya, Chetan! Room was very spacious. Twin beds, Sofa, work desk and exclusive Closet space with the bathroom are all very well thought of. Breakfast was sumptuous. Committed staff in the 24-hr Coffee Shop - Roast.
