Wow, this hotel is just as spectacular as the photos. The staff were very friendly, the food great and the room very comfy. A wonderful treat to stay here before departure from India.

Incredible care and customer service, ultra warm and friendly staff. Hotel ambience had a great balance of modern and warmth. Breakfast offerings were out of the world with local and international options, an extensive bakery and made to order choices. The team at the restaurant were immaculate with their service and please check out the Piano Bar for drinks in the evening, with of course, again, great service. Wonderful and brilliant team and looking forward to staying there again.

The welcoming staff from the darbaan, lady security personnel, Rohit at the front desk, chef Harshit and his team of servers. An amazing experience over all. Nothing to complain about. They are always available to serve with passion and enthusiasm. Customer satisfaction is what they concentrate on. Appreciate the complete team.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Everything feels very classy. Excellent location, close to the airport but also within easy reach of many tourist attractions. Wonderfully attentive and friendly staff made our stay feel very special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and luxurious stay. They genuinely care about your experience and there are lots of lovely touches to make time at the Leela feel special. The suite was spacious and beautiful. The balcony was a very nice feature. We made good use of room service and the restaurants. The breakfasts are spectacular. The spa and gym facilities are great and the staff at both are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. My wife and I had great massages (and we have have had a lot to compare to!). The outside pool is fantastic - beautiful rooftop setting and a great size for swimming proper lengths or just relaxing. I used the hotel for a conference, whilst my wife enjoyed the luxurious setting and used it as a base for sightseeing.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mum and it was just a real treat to have such a comfortable and lovely hotel to stay at after all the travelling around India. The decor is great, the beds are super comfy. The toilet seat is even heated it's just lovely. Massive bath tubs. I've stayed in a few crowne plazas in the UK but this one beats them all. The staff are lovely also very helpful. Only 25mins from airport so good place for each access to your flight. The food is great, I had struggled on this whole trip as my body doesn't do to well with spices and I have a dairy allergy. The breakfast was great, a great range of international dishes, fruits and continental. Dinner was also great, from a cold bar, to Indian and Asian dishes. Kebabs. I'm vegan and have a dairy allergy, the chefs came over to me and explained all foods in th3 buffet that are free of dairy and if I wanted them to make me anything they would. The spa is lovely also, nice way to de stress as Delhi can be hectic. My mum and I have aroma massages and scalp massages. They were great. Thank you. Only Downfall is there is a club of some sort close by, you can see all the lights from our room and the music is so loud, goes on till a out 3am I could still here. Nothing they can do though. Also I would ask for the music in the bar when you first enter the hotel to be a bit more chilled and quieter. I love my music but sometimes it's hard to think when sorting things at reception and all you need is some nice background music not loud rap music lol. Thank you, I'd definitely stay again.

The calm and peaceful surroundings infused with warmth and hospitality of the staff are really laudable. Mr Mathew the manager and Ms Charity at the front desk were exceptional. Very well managed property. We would like go there over and over again.
