I like the staffs the most! They are so friendly and nice! I LOVE THEM ALL!
Also, they bring Indonesian culture into their hotel. They also recognize Peranakan culture as theirs too which makes me happy as an Indonesian-Chinese. The food are GREAT! But I wish in the future, they provide empek2, otak2, and martabak too.
The room is so beautiful too and really2 has Peranakan style. It felt like I lived in an old time

I like the room size, layout, ample space under the table, the lighting setting, and the spacious wardrobe. The extra sight of a train (KRL?) passing by now and then was a pleasant sight (probably because we live in an area where there are no trains since we live in Bali).
The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The beds were comfortable and luxurious. There was decent storage for a longer stay. The breakfast was incredible! The staff were all friendly.

AC in the room is consistent be it day or night. Unlike some hotels the AC is like sauna at night even you put as high fan and at 21°C.

Celebrate my birthday @jhl solitaire. Love it, great location and kids friendly, they great kids spa. The staff are all friendly, great breakfast with delicious choice of western and local food, what i like they serve authentic jamu gendong. Thanks to karina and fadil who decorate our room with such a sweet birthday greetings :). Dinner at Mangan also nice.
