Great location, right on the promenade and 5 minutes away from Hungarospa. Tasty meal options, we liked both the breakfast and the dinner choices. Nice wellness zone and outdoor pool.
Breakfast was 8 out of 10. Dinner 9 out 10. Overall a good place with sauna, swimming pool and spa. Staff is friendly. Honestly nothing to complain. I say the correlation price - quality is at proper level.
Location perfect, next to the lake and spa. Staff is kind, breakfast is plenty and varied, rooms are nice and clean. But it is the hotel spa which we were most amazed about, thermal water, normal pool, jacuzzi, sauna with diving water, all you need.
Everything was great. Staffs are kind and the spa facilities are great. We were on the half board and both breakfasts/dinners were well prepared. We were also given the Hungarospa day pass for free which is the biggest spa in EU as I told.
Whole trip/stay was outstanding. Will visit again in the near future.
The food is excellent, very wide variety, and the buffet doesn't run out of even the most popular stuff. The wellness and thermal pools are great, very relaxing, just all-around pleasant. Also, they provide complimentary robes you can use for the spa sections.
Great location near to all amenities to the thermal bath and aqua park. Having their own pools sauna and SPA is a great additional touch.
Breakfast and dinner was nothing extra ordinary but plentiful.
The bowling alley and the pub is an additional bonus with kids.
Sauna is amazing, the whole wellness area is good, children were unfortunately really noisy and the parents didn't really care about it.
It would be a nice decision from the management not to allow children playing around. The wellness area should be a place to relax and take care of yourself.
They have a weird policy according to which you cannot have snacks at the bar, you can only order them as room service.
