Anantara New York Palace Budapest - A Leading Hotel of the World occupies an elegant 19th-century building in the heart of Budapest, close to the Opera and Andrássy Boulevard. It offers free WiFi and has a spa area with a relaxation pool with hot tub functions.

Could the highlight of a trip be the hotel? If you’re staying at the Anantara New York Palace, the answer is an absolute yes! My wife and I referred to the hotel as the “museum” for the duration of our stay (and still do) because of the mind-blowing interior and exterior architecture. Our stay was beyond amazing with excellent staff, automatic house-keeping multiple times a day, prompt laundry service, and rooms that were so very comfortable to stay in. We opted for the daily breakfast and boy am I glad we did! The morning feast was incredible with all sorts of hot and cold food options, drinks and desserts. The waiters and staff members were extremely courteous and will go out of their way to ensure that you have fully enjoyed your breakfast and stay. Lastly, their spa and additional features (massage rooms, therapeutics, etc) are enough to keep you busy for at least a day. I rarely give a 10 but this stay sincerely deserves it. I know where we will be staying any time we visit Budapest again! (10/10)

When we arrived, they immediately greeted us in a warm and pleasant way, and from the first moment took our luggage and accompanied us to the room. The room was clean and tidy throughout the days after cleaning in the mornings, and they made sure to leave our personal belongings undamaged and unmoved. The room was beautiful, we could use the hotel facilities (like pool, sauna...). We also did a massage (for an additional fee), and it was very good and relaxing. There was a variety of food and desserts at breakfast, and it was delicious.

The moment you walk in, you feel the luxury. Everyone who works there was very helpful. The suite was spacious and beautifully furnished. The spa is also beautiful. The sauna and the pool are clean and perfect temperature. Ilona gave me the best Swedish massage ever. As guest of the hotel at the NY Cafe they will find you a table anytime without reservation.

The spa facilities (pool, thermal pools, saunas, steam room) are amazing. It's a real treat to be able to go from one facility to another. Also had a great massage and facial. The hotel is on Margaret Island which is 15-20 min from city center but if you want a relaxing stay while still being close to the city - this is the place for you. Breakfast and dinner buffets were surprisingly good! Bistro bar also offered great selections

Very friendly staff and helpful concierges. A wonderful breakfast. A nice lounge, and a relaxing spa and sauna. The location couldn't be better; short walking distance to the parliament, shopping, Buda, the great churces, national museum, the synagoge, several og the best spas and walking distance to Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion...basically everything. Not the cheapest hotel, but everything considered, it's very good value for the money.

An overall exceptional experience, with friendly staff and extensive facilities for leisure and relaxation. The spa and wellness centre are top quality and the massage therapists are the best I've experienced in Budapest. Breakfast was excellent too. The architecture and decorations are a must see.
