The villa is located in a good location, behind the town of Pefkohori. Nearby is a good small beach. The beach is sandy with a gradual entrance to the sea. No sea urchins. There is no noise on the beach, few people, so it is great to relax. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 people, it is a two-storey villa with three bedrooms. It has 2 toilets with shower, a bit small for my taste. The equipment is good, there is everything you need : dishes, dishwasher, washing machine , iron etc. The villa is in a gated complex. Our villa had a private pool plus a large area to relax . There are 3 other villas nearby, not all have a pool. Parking is right next to the villa ( for approx 3 cars ), plus a few guest parking spaces are outside the villa area. I really liked the communication from the owner. He was very prompt. We had a reply within 5 min. Besides English, they can also speak Greek and Russian.

We stayed from 15.9-23.9. and we were very comfortable staying here. We booked 2 separate rooms for 3 persons - one double bed room and one junior suite. The pool was clean and hygiene is very good. People were working every day to maintain clean area and all I can say is that we enjoyed staying in this resort. It is quiet, clean and comfortable.
