This 4-star resort is situated right before its private beach in Ouranoupolis. Facilities include a 500-m² outdoor pool and 1 restaurant.

We stayed 4 days in September and our experience was wonderful. The most of the things were very positive:
1. The reception and other staff in the buffet and bars were super friendly. A special thanks to the administrator Liudmila who made us feel very welcome.
2. The hotel's territory was simply amazing, surrounded by hills, lots of trees and palm trees and a wide beach with sunbeds. The territory rooms a hotel bar and pool, a tennis court, a kids playground and a beach volleyball court, a small chapel and lots of parking space.
3. The beach was sandy with some rocks when entering the sea. The sea colour was stunning. The beach area itself had a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas for free for guests, however, some quests would reserve them with their belongings. We visited the hotel in September and could find some empty sunbeds on the beach, however, I am not sure how crowded it gets in high season. The beach had some changing rooms and a bar serving drinks for free to guests with an 'all-inclusive' program. The beach is roughly 100 m from the hotel, which is connected via the underway passage.
4. The pool area was also large with many sunbeds, a pool that gradually went deeper, so kids could play and swim in the shallow zone with only 0,2 m depth and going as deep as 1,2 m depth. The pool bar had the same variety of drinks as the beach bar, plus some snacks served for free for 'all-inclusive' guests. The pool area also had seating spaces with tables and a room with table games, which were fun to play. Most of the games could be activated by inserting a 1 or 2 euro coin.
5. The room design was quite minimalistic but I wouldn't say we were missing anything. The biggest joy was the balcony and the view of the sea and palm trees.
6. The buffet food was decent, with a large variety of salads, some meat and fish. Plus fruits and sweet desserts. Tea, coffee, water, and juices were part of the buffet, plus wines and beer.

Very friendly owners. The accommodation is only 2,5 years old and the apartment has beautiful views. The balcony is very relaxing. Facilities like a washing machine are there and restaurants are at walking distance from the accommodation. The owner lived fro 16 years in Rotterdam so we could speak Dutch with him, what was funny and we didn't expect. Can recommend this accommodation and have breakfast at Ammos.
Breakfast was wonderful,great selection. Staff was very professional. Dinner was great too although prices where well above average. Luckily we were half board and had several choices within our package. The Avaton has very high standards and on arrival we were upgraded which was a really nice surprise . We would definitely return . A very relaxing place.
The hotel is on a quieter street and within walking distance from the center. There was a parking place for the car.
The room was very clean and spacious, with a big terrace where one could have breakfast. There is a small kitchenette as well, and it is sufficient. We had a lovely time there and would revisit this place.

The room was very clean, beautiful garden, the silence inside of the garden, the great breakfast/the lunch (all ingredients were top quality - best greek yogurt, olives... etc. The staff very kindle!!!

The worker at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location was stunning, right on a fairly quiet beach with plenty of sun beds to spare and a beach bar for refreshments.
The rooms have a great view and the continental breakfast was quite tasty, would definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at Irini, the sweetest b&b where owners really put some thought into making the space work - easthetically and in terms of utility. Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily and sheets and towels changed every other day! Everyone is kind and accommodating. We LOVED our breakfast lady who is a no nonsense woman! Her energy lights up the place! Oh, and btw, breakfast is more than worth the 9 euro! We would certainly stay at Irini again!
