A wonderful house, furnished with style and attention to every detail. Extremely clean, nice breakfast. There is a free parking space. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. A wonderful garden. Pleasant and responsive hosts. We will go back there again with our friends because Kastoria is a very beautiful city.

Staff made the hotel, Lady at check in was very welcoming and that was very much appreciated. Room spacious and clean , breakfast ample servings. Swimming pool was great for relaxing. Most important to us was having a great parking place for our motorcycle.

Estero’s Palace Luxury & Spa Hotel looked and felt great as you walked in. We were expecting more than what was available. Staff at the front desk were inattentive at times but the staff at the bar were great and very accommodating. Surprised us one evening with a lovely cheese board. Thank you to the team at the bar. Location is quiet but you need a car to get to cafes and restaurants in town.

We were so happy to be hosted and welcomed at Chloe Luxury Hotel. We enjoyed it very much and would have stayed longer to relax in the calm surrounding, beautiful view from the terrace and the great hospitality of all the employees and the owners as well. The breakfast was delicious with homemade pies, jams and local products. Special thanks to the welcome drink that was waiting for us upon arrival. Luxury standard comfortable spacy rooms, individual heating, impressive view from the balcony, but even the mountain view side is great. The breakfast buffet provides a variety of Greek and international food, perfect! Especially to mention the recptionist who prepared us a toast and glass of wine, served to the room, when we arrived late at night when the bar was closed already.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It had lake view, and a small balcony with chairs and a table. The decoration of the room and the hotel was tasteful. The room had a bathtub in the bathroom, which was nice. The hotel was very quiet and in combination with the ambience of the city and the lake made our stay very relaxing. The staff of the hotel were very polite and welcoming. There was free parking outside the hotel. The breakfast was nice too.
