The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The receptionists were pleasant, polite and helpful. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the waterfalls, with pleasant walks along the streams. There was free parking next to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the place to others.

Everything! From arrival to departure you are looked after in every sense .. . . We had breakfast and dinner in the courtyard because we found the space so inviting and comfortable. The staff are amazing and will really go the extra mile to help you with any queries you have -organised a taxi for us on a day trip to pozar, rang the bus companies (more than once!) to check timetables etc. . . . Gifts upon arrival and departure, we cannot wait to return to Hagiati again in the future!

The hotel is in a beautifully restored building in the historic Jewish area, close to the town centre and Edessa's waterfalls. Our room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view across the countryside. The self-service breakfast has plenty of choice and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful small hotel in the heart of a beautiful town. The renovated old building looking very impressive inside and out. The room is not big but spacious enough, clean and well decorated. Fab breakfast service, great recommendations for dinner in a nearby tavern and for the most interesting town sites. Thanks a lot.
