The staff are glorious and can honestly say exceeded all my families humble expectation of where we were staying when I mentioned getting married in the North East

    Everything went well, we have been here about 8/9 times now it is well worth the money we paid. The room had clean linen and towels and the breakfast was exceptional with friendly staff. The pool, spa, steam room and sauna were very good. We will be going again in the not too distant future.

    This is genuinely one of my favourite places to be. Located in the countryside which is so serene. Beautiful bedroom, incredible spa bath, amazing staff, the breakfast is amazing and the food in the restaurant at meal times is great too. It's perfect for a peaceful getaway, outside of the city to just relax. There are lovely walks and grounds to explore. The price is also extremely good value for money!

    The whole complex was lovely. It had everything we needed on site. Breakfast was delicious, it was clean, the rooms were of decent size, including a bath too. Fresh towels offered to us every day and tea and coffee filled at our request. The staff were so helpful and I loved the joint on bar and restaurant. The middle courtyard was a great quiet space to just sit and get some air with a lovely chair swing to relax on. Would definitely stay again!

    Have stayed many times, great facilities with the spacious gym with lovely views, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Food is excellent, we had breakfast and used the bar for dinner, both very enjoyable. Location is good for us as we can be where we need to be in the car in less than 10 minutes. Staff friendly. A couple of weddings on when we stayed so was slightly loud bit nothing we couldn't sleep through. Will always stay here everytime we are in Boro.
